Thank you for considering Kettle Valley Party Rentals for your party rental needs! We’re here to make your event fun, safe, and stress-free. Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about renting our bouncy castles and party equipment.

🧽 Cleaning & Sanitization

Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. That’s why we thoroughly clean and sanitize all our bouncy castles and party rentals after every use. We also perform spot cleaning on-site if needed, so you can rest assured that your rental will be fresh and ready for your event.

📦 What’s Included in Your Rental

When you rent from us, you’ll receive everything you need for a seamless setup and hours of fun:

• Your Selected Fun Item(s): Choose from our wide range of themed bouncy castles, water slides, and party rentals.

• Tarp: A large tarp is included to protect the unit (if needed).

• Extension Cord: A 50' extension cord is provided for easy setup.

• Blower: A high-quality blower is included to keep your inflatable fun inflated.

• Stakes or Sandbags: We provide stakes or sandbags to securely anchor your rental to the ground.

👉 What You Need to Provide

To ensure a smooth rental experience, here’s what we ask from you:

1. Signed Contract & Payment:

   • Please make sure your rental contract is signed and your balance is paid in full before delivery.

2. Setup Space:

   • Ensure you have enough flat, open space to set up your rental. Clear the area of debris, sharp objects, and overhead obstacles.

3. Power Source:

   • Provide a dedicated power outlet within 75' of the setup area. Each blower requires its own outlet.

4. Water Source (for Water Attractions):

   • If you’re renting a water slide or splash unit, please have a water source and a hose with good working ends ready.

🚚 Delivery & Setup

Our team will deliver, set up, and pick up your rental at the agreed-upon time. We’ll ensure everything is in place and working perfectly so you can focus on enjoying your event.

📜 Rental Policies

• Cancellations: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your rental.

• Weather: In case of inclement weather (e.g., high winds or rain), we may need to reschedule for safety reasons.

• Damages: Renters are responsible for any damage to the equipment beyond normal wear and tear.
