At Kettle Valley Party Rentals, we aim to make your event setup simple, smooth, and stress-free. Whether you’re renting a bouncy castle in Kelowna, a thrilling water park inflatable, or just need party equipment delivered, here’s exactly what to expect when our team arrives.
🏰 Bouncy Castle Rentals – Fast, Safe & Professional Setup
When you book one of our bouncy castles, we’ll take care of delivery, setup, and takedown, so you can focus on the fun!

We arrive approximately 30 minutes before your scheduled start time to ensure everything is set up and ready to go.

On grass, we secure the castle with heavy-duty stakes.

On hard surfaces (like pavement or concrete), we use tarps and sandbags to keep everything safe and secure.

We provide all necessary extension cords – all we ask is that you have a power source within 100 feet.

After your event, we’ll return to sweep out, deflate, roll up, and remove the inflatable.

💦 Water Park Inflatables – Cool Off in the Okanagan Heat
Our inflatable water park rentals are one of the most popular choices for hot summer birthdays in Kelowna, West Kelowna, and Lake Country.

Our team will deliver and fully set up the inflatable, connecting it to both power and water.

We provide all extension cords, but please ensure there is a garden hose available.

After the party, we’ll drain the water to make sure the unit is safe to transport.

Because of the extra time required for water removal, pricing is slightly higher than standard inflatables – but absolutely worth the fun!
